1、北京林业大学本科毕业论文文献综述杜仲全叶综合利用中杜仲胶提取研究木材科学与工程04-4张三指导教师李四摘要杜仲属杜仲科落叶乔木,是我国特有的名贵经济树种,也是亚热带和暖温带最具开发前景的重要胶源树种。杜仲胶主要存在于杜仲的皮、叶和果实中。本论文着重介绍了以杜仲全叶综合利用所得浸渣为原料,利用逆流浸提罐组法,通过石油醚溶解、丙酮反析纯化提取杜仲胶的具体过程,对杜仲叶浸渣细料和粗料中杜仲胶的提取进行了量化分析。得出研究结果如下:杜仲全叶深度综合利用后所得浸渣提取的杜仲胶颜色浅,解决了杜仲胶因颜色深而出口受限的难题;提取成本低,原材料成本几乎为零;能耗少,溶剂损失小,循环利
2、用率高;浸渣细料杜仲胶提取得率为0.7%,所得杜仲胶颜色较深,略带黑绿色,质地坚硬;浸渣粗料杜仲胶提取得率为2.0%,所得杜仲胶颜色较浅,呈白色,较细腻;而石油醚和丙酮等溶剂的消耗和回收率细料与粗料近似相等。并验证了该提取方案的可行性和优越性,为工业化生产提供参考。关键词:杜仲叶,综合利用,浸渣,杜仲胶10北京林业大学本科毕业论文文献综述ResearchonExtractionofGutta-PerchafromComprehensiveUtilizedEucommiaUlmoidesLeavesWoodScienceandEngineering06-4ShanFu-

5、acetone;andhasbeenmakingananalysisoftheyieldofthegumbetweenthesmallresiduesandthebigresidues.Theresultsaresummarizedasfollows:Gutta-PerchathatextractedfromtheresiduesofthecomprehensiveutilizedEucommiaUlmoidesleavesownslightcolor,whichcanresolvethebigproblemthatthegumisconfinedbythedeepc
