1、南京林业大学毕业论文.摘要本设计主要由两大部分所组成:镗床液压系统设计和微机控制系统设计。第一章主要介绍液压站的设计。为了满足机床对液压系统的工作要求,液压系统中采用双泵供油、多缸动作互不干扰回路,综合考虑选用液压元件、管件、标准紧固件,及电动机、油箱等。同时在设计此液压站时考虑到结构上的合理布置,以便于安装与维护。绘制液压站装配图时,应用CAD软件进行操作,方便快捷。液压站采用了单片机控制,此控制系统体积小、结构合理、工作可靠。本设计选用AT89C51作为主电路芯片,完成硬件线路和软件的编制。硬件电路设计主要介绍复位电路、电源电路、电磁阀驱动电路、显示电路等在电磁阀驱动电路中
