5、real"nobid",forIwanttogototheprojectowner,thesussingoutpriceshall,fromtimetotime,controltheprojectcostofcapita1.在工程施工阶段，由于工程设计曾经完成，工程量已完整详细化,并完成了施工招标工作和签署了工程承包合同。据统计，这一阶段影响工程造价（即工程投资）的可能性只要5%〜10%,节约投资的可能性曾经很小，但是，工程投资却主要发作在这一阶段，糜费投资的可能性则很大，因而，业主方在施工阶段对工程造价的管理除了增强合同管理、工程结算管理外，重点应增强工程施
