2、动化流程。我们通过对EMCO机床的改装，将机器人投入其中以实现零件的自动化掉头加工，主要包括：卡盘卡爪设计、机械手爪设计、自动门和尾座的设计及plc编程。本文针对机器人工作时夹取零件所需的机械手爪进行分析和设计，阐述了加工手电筒零部件所使用机械手爪的设计方案和加工过程。通过这次毕业课题的设计实施，让学生系统掌握零件设计的过程，培养学生综合运用所学过的基础理论、基本技能和专业知识进行分析和解决实际问题的能力。培养学生的设计计算、工程绘图、文字表达、文献查阅工具书使用等基本实践能力，使学生初步掌握科学研究的基本方法。关键词：机器人
