2、观察桑天牛交配行为和产卵量的变化。结果表明,桑天牛在选择性条件下取食量以构树最多,单头雌虫总产卵量以杨树最高,卵孵化率在不同补充营养材料之间无显著差异;非选择性条件下取食量以桑树最多,而构树上着卵量达最高,桑树和杨树次之,对乌桕和苦楝的取食和产卵选择极少。卵孵化率在构树、桑树和杨树之间无显著差异。以桑树和构树为补充营养材料的桑天牛成虫寿命最长。桑天牛成虫交配行为节律表现出19:00-24:00及08:00左右是其交配行为高峰期。在人工模拟室外环境条件下,确定了桑天牛交配和产卵行为活性最佳环境条件为温度36℃,相对湿度40%~50%,光照时间8h。关
