1、河北工程大学硕士学位论文基于粗集-未确知理论的施工网络计划研究姓名：周冲申请学位级别：硕士专业：结构工程指导教师：李万庆;孟文清20070501摘要摘要建筑工程有其固有的周期长、投资额大、影响因素复杂等特性。这无疑加大了施工管理的难度，应用网络计划技术则可有利于加强施工管理。故而施工网络计划编制的优劣、是否符合客观实际情况关系到整个工程的管理成效。在施工过程中会出现各种不确定性因素，这些不确定性因素将会对项目工程的施工产生积极或消极的影响。本文充分考虑建筑工程施工过程中的实际情况，在明确施工网络计划和工程项目管理概念的基础上，分析工程项目实施中的潜在的各种不确定性

2、因素以及不确定性因素与工期因素之间的关系，收集建筑施工过程中影响建筑施工安全、质量、资源管理目标的多种不确定性因素。建立安全、质量、资源的影响因素的指标体系。考虑到指标体系中各指标之间可能存在相关性或冗余性的问题，本文首先运用粗糙集理论对建立的影响施工安全、质量、资源管理目标的指标体系进行属性约简，得出影响其工程管理目标的主要不确定性影响因素，使得所选取的评价指标能更好地反映项目的管理目标。利用未确知数学理论并结合专家经验，量化约简后的主要不确定性影响因素对施工工期的影响程度，得出各个工序的符合客观实际且又兼顾到管理目标的施工时间，通过量化结果结合传统CPM得出多
