2、3)的非结构耐高温胶粘剂。本文以多官能团的邻甲酚甲醛环氧树脂为基胶,分别从可塑性树脂、无机填料两个方面对其实现增韧改性,采用机械共混方法制备了邻甲酚甲醛环氧树脂.线性酚醛树脂体系、聚酰胺酸改性邻甲酚甲醛环氧树脂一线性酚醛树脂体系胶粘剂,用热分析DSC、TG以及红外手段,并结合胶粘剂力学性能,确定了两类体系的最佳制备工艺。在两类胶系的基础上,研制-j.--种典型性配方,并考察了二种配方对金属(铁)和陶瓷(A1203)平面搭接耐高温粘接强度的性能。经耐热老化实验发现。研制的配方具有较好的耐高温性,对工程用
