2、程建设前期中，由于对黑棉土的认识不足，工程中把其当普通土对待，造成后期道路运营中病害频发，给公路建设项目的安全质量带来了极大的危害。当工程建设人员认识到黑棉土的不良工程性质后，大量工程中又出现了盲目的全部换填，道路建设成本陡然上升。考虑到路基的安全性、稳定性以及工程的经济性，适用黑棉土地区的路基修筑技术值得研究。本文以黑棉土地区路基修筑技术作为研究对象，通过总结埃塞俄比亚当地道路建设经验，从黑棉土的概念和分布上对这一特殊公路工程性质土做了系统的介绍，提出了适用于黑棉土的勘察方法。对黑棉土地区路基的常见病害进行了研究，提出了使用黑棉土做路基填料时的要求，针对黑棉土路基的不同工况提出了各自的防
