4、NsattheAvailableonline18November2009localignitionmodel.Aphotosensitiveglasswaferonlywasusedasthebarematerialforthethruster.Thestabilityofthemicro-igniterwasimprovedbyusingaglassmembranewithathicknessoftensofKeywords:microns.Theaveragethicknessofthemembranewas35m.Theproposedmicro-i
5、gniterhadalevelofMEMSthrusterpowerconsumptionappropriatetoignitethesolidpropellant.Thethermal,electrical,andmechanicalMicro-igniterIgnitioncharacteristicsofthefabricatedmicro-igniterweremeasured.ThesolidpropellantwasloadedintotheGlassmembranepropellantchamberwithoutresorttoaspecial
6、techniqueduetothehighstructuralstabilityoftheglassSolidpropellantmembrane.AnMEMSsolidpropellantthruster(MSPT)arraywasfabricatedthroughanisotropicetchingofphotosensitiveglass.Anignitioncontrolsystemwasdevelopedtocontroltheignitionsequence.Ignitionandcombustiontestsofthefullyassembly
