7、efocusandcalsystemandcanbeusedtoassessthefocusingandim-sphericalaberration,butcanbegeneralizedtoothersitu-agingpropertiesofthesysteminthepresenceofaberra-ations.tions.DetailedknowledgeoftheaberratedOTFcouldbeadvantageousforaccurateimagereconstruction[3
