2、aprocessofdesignimprove-burrformationneartheexitoforthogonalcuttingusingfinitementofdeburringtoolsforintersectingholesbasedontheelementsimulation.Gaitondeetal.[3]appliedtheTaguchiTRIZapproach.Deburringtestswiththepreviousdeburringoptimizationmethodforsimul

3、taneousminimizationofburrtoolprototypesshowedsurfaceirregularityonthedeburredheightandburrthicknessinfluencedbycuttingconditionsedges.Theirregularityisduetothecomplexinteraction,anddrillgeometry.Gaitondeetal.[4]alsoproposedanoptimalgovernedbyvariousparamet
