1、东南大学硕士学位论文城市工业发展及其空间布局初探姓名：王晖申请学位级别：硕士专业：城市规划与设计指导教师：孔令龙20030601论文摘要摘要城市中的工业空间布局也是城市空间格局的重要组成部分。当前，中国的城市开发正处于前所未有的高潮时期，城市空间结构发生了巨大的变化，城市工业发展和空间布局也不断发生着演替。本论文从城市规划的角度研究城市中工业发展和空间布局问题，并结合中国工业发展和空间布局的状况提出自己的观点。首先，本论文对区域经济发展和城市区域空间布局方面的经典理论进行了研究，尤其重点研究了与工业发展和工业空间布局相关的理论，并有选择的进行了概括与总结。在此基础上

2、，对影响工业发展和区位选择的主要区位因子进行了详细研究与分析，并分析了各区位因子对工业区位选择的影响随着生产力发展和时间的推移而发生的变化，为下文对工业发展和空间布局变化的事实研究提供了理论基础。接着论文研究了国外发达国家工业发展和空间布局演变的历程。研究内容按工业发展的不同阶段划分为五个阶段，以发达国家工业发展和工业空间布局演变的事实为案例，从实践意义上对工业发展和工业空间布局的发展阶段和规律进行了归纳与总结。结合我国经济发展和城市空间布局的特殊情况，论文以经济发达城市(如上海)为例，研究并总结了中国工业发展和工业空间布局发展的历程，剖析当前工业发展和布局所面临的
