1、西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文砂层地质盾构下穿西成高铁涵洞施工技术研究专业:建筑与土木工程硕士生:耿羽指导教师:宋战平兼职教师:胡世春摘要在建西安地铁四号线工程土建施工D4TJSG-17标(元朔路站(原名尚新路站)~北客站区间)施工过程中需下穿西宝、西成两处高铁涵洞,区间施工过程中需加强对其保护,确定沉降控制标准,以保证高铁正常运行。以此工程为依托,进行的主要工作和取得的成果如下:(1)根据背景工程地质情况及环境风险特征,在工程施工试验段施工基础上,提出了砂质地层条件下土压平衡穿越高铁客专涵洞施工的关键参数,制定了完善的施工方案。(2)在对盾构下穿段地质分析基础上,结合国
2、内类似工程施工成功经验,提出了砂质地层条件下土压平衡盾构下穿西成高铁客专涵洞铁道轨面沉降预警值7mm、累计沉降不超过10mm,相邻两股钢轨水平高差不超过5mm的控制标准。(3)对盾构下穿高铁涵洞正常施工进行数值模拟分析,数值模拟分析表明,地表最大沉降约发生在隧道轴线正上方为2.25mm,高铁涵洞下部地表最大沉降平均约为1.63mm;土压平衡盾构通过西成涵洞引起的涵洞沉降最大值为2.03mm,轨道沉降最大值为2.04mm。因此,在正常的盾构施工下,涵洞结构不会发生倾斜甚至受拉破坏。(4)引进建(构)筑物变形智能监测设备,对土压平衡盾构下穿高铁涵洞进行智能化连续监测,监测结
