1、首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文商标自动化系统安全体系构建姓名：陈晓敏申请学位级别：硕士专业：产业经济学指导教师：郭宁20050301摘要随着我国经济持续快速的发展以及2002年新《商标法》的实施，我国已成为世界商标大国。现有的商标自动化系统已无法满足商标业务快速增长的需要，因此构建一个安全可靠、扩展性强、业务覆盖全的商标注册与管理自动化系统已是迫在眉睫。在建设商标自动化系统的过程中，安全体系的构建是必不可少的，特别是由于其中的商标查询系统要向社会公众开放，更使得整个商标自动化系统的安全建设尤为重要。本文主要对商

2、标自动化系统中的安全体系构建进行了详细阐述。首先对现有商标自动化系统现状及问题进行了分析，从网络层、应用层、数据保护和安全管理四个方面对商标自动化系统安全需求进行了分析，并提出了完整安全体系构建的设计思路，分析了构建安全系统时需要用到的主要安全技术；然后针对商标自动化系统安全需求提出了相应的解决方案，包括网络安全设计、数据安全设计、系统备份方案设计，在网络安全设计中强调了网络总体结构设计对网络安全的影响，最后分析了系统管理与安全的关系，总结出了网络系统管理的具体模型以及具体的安全管理策略。关键词：安全体系、网
