1、重庆大学硕士学位论文国际工程项目承包中的风险管理研究姓名：张建军申请学位级别：硕士专业：土木工程指导教师：曹小琳20070425重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要摘要近年来，随着全球经济的高速增长，世界各国的建筑业均取得了持续的增长，我国越来越多建筑企业走出国门承建国际工程项目。但是由于国际工程项目承包中影响因素较多和我国建筑企业自身实力较弱，因此必须加强对国际工程承包项目的管理工作，特别是对项目的风险管理，方能取得项目的成功．本文从承包商的角度对风险管理进行了系统的研究．首先介绍了风险的基本概念和特点，根据国际

2、工程项目承包的特点和发展趋势对其风险因素进行了分析，提出将国际工程承包项目的风险管理划分为风险识别、风险估计、风险评价、风险应对和风险监控五个过程；其次建立了国际工程承包项目风险管理的方法体系，以风险识别为基础，对国际工程承包项目的风险估计、风险评价、风险应对和如何对风险进行监督等内容进行了研究；最后应用层次分析法，结合国际工程承包项目实际案例，对建立的国际工程承包项目风险管理的方法体系进行了实证分析．本文应用定量和定性、实证分析的方法，对国际工程承包项目的风险管理进行了研究，建立了国际工程承包项目风险管理
