2、主义新农村建设的相关理论。第二部分分析了影响苏南居住空间组织的自然、经济和社会因素。认为河网密布是影响乡村居住空间组织的基础因素；农业生产方式决定了乡村居住空间的土地利用方式；吴文化是塑造苏南地区乡村居住空间特色的关键因素。第三部分是对乡村经济功能与乡村居住空间变化关系的讨论。认为乡村经济功能是决定乡村居住空间变化的主导因素，它直接影响了乡村居住空间组织的变化，不同的经济功能对应着不同的居住空间组织形式。第四部分是对三个乡村案例的实证研究。分别选择林屋、蒋巷和后埠村三个村庄，剖析了三个村庄居住空间组织的主要影响因素，设计
