2、的要点；分析了国内大型办公区的停车特征，停车泊位需求量大、出行时间集中、停车目的固定、车辆的性质、停车需求差异以及停放车辆的可分流性，并且提出了基于分类停车需求，进行大型办公区的停车设施布设、车流组织、组合停车诱导设施的方法；本文从动态停车占有率的实时预测需求及特征入手，探讨如何将停车泊位需求预测与停车诱导系统相结合，建立能满足停车信息诱导需要的停车诱导预测模型，利用BP神经网络来实现实时停车占有率的预测。并以西安市高新区创业广场为例，进行实例研究。本文的创新工作主要集中在基于大型办公区停车特征分析的停车
