1、同济大学建筑与城市规划学院硕士学位论文基于GIS的广州市现有工业用地调整研究姓名：谭迎辉申请学位级别：硕士专业：城市规划与设计指导教师：宋小冬;钮心毅20090301摘要城市中心区工业用地调整是目前城市中心区再发展的获取空间的主要途径之一，与城市总体工业布局调整以发挥产业集聚优势为核心原则不同，中心区工业用地调整主要是以优化城市空间结构为核心原则。调整技术路线首先通过研究广州中调范围内现状工业用地的空间分布规律，分析影响工业用地调整的主要因子，并以此作为工业用地调整潜力评价的评价准则，然后提出对工业用地

2、依照调整潜力大小进行调整时序安排，这是通过历史外推法根据城市发展确定性因子预测未来工业调整，形成了工业用地调整的基础方案。但这在面对城市未来发展的不确定性时束手无策，本研究提出通过引入情景规划思想，根据目前城市的经济、社会以及公共政策，归纳出城市未来发展的不同政策情景，采用未来情景逆推法对潜力评价的结果进行修正，然后再进行调整时序与规模的安排。最后，通过不同政策情景下工业用地调整的方案与现有广州市工业用地调整政策及实施行动计划进行比较分析，为广州市中调范围内工业用地调整提供建议。关键词：工业用地调整多准
