1、天津大学硕士学位论文城市边缘社区外部空间设计研究——以天津市为例姓名：许峰申请学位级别：硕士专业：城市规划与设计指导教师：陈天20050501中文摘要社区外部交往空间作为城市空间的基础单元，承担着重要的交流、组织及文化传达的作用。近年来，我国城市化的快速进程，使得城市边缘居住社区建设发展迅速，但由于种种原因，在城市边缘大型居住社区的建设中，往往会忽略各个开发单元一社区一问的城市公共空间设计，导致了许多问题的产生。鉴于目前国内城市边缘社区快速发展的现状，探究其外部空间问题根源并制定相应的策略显得尤为必要。本文从城市设计的角度出发，在研究城市边缘社区的概念，产生背景以及

2、特征分析的基础上，通过对国内外关于城市边缘社区发展建设以及外部空间组织、设计方面的相关理论、实践经验的归纳整理，结合笔者对天津市城市边缘社区现状问题的问卷调研，对社区外部空间存在的典型问题进行了总结、分类，并对其内在的产生原因进行了简要地阐述。在此基础上，本文针对性的提出了完善城市边缘社区空问设计体系、城市设计与规划阶段紧密结合、借鉴新城市主义理论等对策，以寻找出符合当代中国国情和符合时代发展要求的城市边缘社区外部空间的设计及控制模式，从而使得城市边缘居住社区发展与城市公共空间建设能够达到和谐一致，相辅相承。最后，希望本文能够为今后的城市边缘社区外部空间设计提供一定
