1、天津大学硕士学位论文城中村再利用策略姓名：张蓉申请学位级别：硕士专业：城市规划与设计指导教师：袁大昌20070101论文摘要城中村是中国20世纪90年代以来产生的现象，其根本原因是城乡的二元体制造成的。城中树呈现出与城市反差强烈的形态风貌和结构特征，受到相对一面倒的批评。目前全国各地的城中树都在经历蔫轰轰烈烈的改造运动，几乎每个城市都有一个消灭城中村的相关计划。城中树被认为存在的主要阍题，包括环境治安差，市政配套不足，消防不符合规范等。这些问题是否只有拆除重建才能解决?本文分析了彻底拆建的弊端，拆除重建的主导思想不仅带来社会资源的浪费、低收入阶层住房

2、数量的短缺，同时对城市多样性和历史文脉也是一种破坏。城中村对城市有一定的积极作用．对待城中村我们应该更加客观地进行评价。甏外类似地区的改造经验提示我们保留城市历史文脉帮时代印记的必要性；而目前国内关于城中村不彻底拆建的工程方面的研究，为城中村再利用提供了可能性。本文通过厦门的三个城中树改造的实践，来说明城中树再利瘸的理念在实际建设中具体的操作方法。关键词：城中村、秀利雳、城市多样性、厦门钟宅ABSTRACTThevillagesinurbanarea印pearsincethe90’Sin20thcenturiesinChina，thebasicrea
