1、天津大学硕士学位论文新型清净分散剂的合成及对燃料热安定性的影响姓名:于燕申请学位级别:硕士专业:化学工艺指导教师:米镇涛2002.1.1丕坚叁兰塑!:堂些迨兰———————————!苎!竺!L中文提要,,’一f作者自行合成了一种新型的清净分散剂DD.1,并将该种添加剂加入到甲基环己庄(MCH)、高能量密度烃类燃料HDF.1、3群航空煤油(RP一3)三种燃料中进行性能评价。r新型清净分散剂DD.1为聚异丁烯硫磷酸的季戊四醇酯,合成过程主要包括聚异丁烯硫磷化、水解、萃取和酯化四步。通过粘均分子量的测定、凝胶渗透色谱、核磁共
2、振氢谱和红外光谱等多种手段对中间产物和最终产物进行分析,发现聚异丁烯在产物中主要存在两种结构:“单挂”结构和“双挂”结构。在硫磷化产物中“单挂”结构与“双挂”结构的分子比率为2,0。在酯化产物中两者之削的分子比率为4.0。“双挂”结构分子比率降低主要是因为水解过程发生了断链反应。断链反应发生率为33.3%。将清净分散荆DD.1、抗氧剂2,6.二叔丁基.对甲酚(BHT)、金属减活剂N,N’一二亚水杨.1,2.丙二胺(MDA)独自或组合成添加剂包加入到燃料中进行性能评价。发现DD。1是一种性能良好的清净分散荆,并且由上述三
