1、南昌大学硕士学位论文微波辅助浸取枳椇总黄酮的研究姓名:梅鑫东申请学位级别:硕士专业:化学工程指导教师:蒋柏泉;熊剑20091201摘要摘要本文分别采用常压微波辅助、正交实验加压微波辅助和响应面法加压微波辅助浸取枳棋总黄酮的工艺过程的研究。结果表明,三种方法的工艺优化条件分别为:微波功率700w、辐射时间50s(3次)、乙醇水溶液浓度50%、固液比1:10;微波功率700w、压强131.733kPa、乙醇水溶液浓度50%、固液比1:10;微波功率700w、乙醇水溶液浓度51.2%、浸取压强131.733kPa、液固比10.45。三种
2、优化工艺条件获得的总黄酮提取率分别为70.46%、97.28%和98.75%。采用响应面法和Design-Expert软件处理实验数据,得到了总黄酮提取率的三元二次方程数学模型为:Y_.484.09+13.46Xl+6.07X2+4.30X3+2.33x10-3XlX2+0.015Xlx3-2.94x104X2X3--0.70X12--0.023X22—0.043X32,经实验验证,该模型值与实验值十分相符,可预测不同条件下的总黄酮提取率。自行设计和制造的聚四氟乙烯加压微波辅助浸取装置具有结构简单、操作方便、节约能源和显著提高总黄
