1、天津大学硕士学位论文往复式氢气增压机管系的消振研究姓名:贺玎申请学位级别:硕士专业:化学工程指导教师:宗润宽;高海山20061101中文摘要天津石化公司大芳烃装置K-202氢压机属于4M-40系列,为公司关键机组。2000年7月开始投入使用,自投用以来由于机组强烈振动多次导致管线和附属设备连接部位松动,引起氢气泄漏,造成停车事故,严重影响了装置的安全运行,给公司造成巨大损失。因此急需解决氢压机振动问题,防止类似失效事故的发生。为解决以上问题,本文通过对管系气流脉动与振动的基本理论分析,从管系振动角度分
2、析了引起往复式氢压机振动的原因,采用了先进的压缩机管系气流脉动、机械振动的控制标准和分析计算方法,和国内已行之有效的往复式压缩机管系振动分析软件,对4M40氢压机管系的气流脉动、气柱固有频率、管道结构固有频率等进行了分析、校核。找出了管系振动过大的原因和部位,结合现场的实际情况提出了改进措施和实施方案,工程实践证明效果良好。关键词:往复式压缩机气流脉动管系振动ABSTRACTThehydrogen-reciprocatingcompressorwiththetypeof4M40usedfor200,0
