3、letray.Atpresent,thetransparentironoxidepigmentismostlyusedinautomobilepaintandwoodenfurniturepaint,atthesametime,itiswidelyusedinthebuildingcoating,industrialcoating,plastics,nylon,rubber,printing-ink,fineartscoating,thecosmetics,powdercoating,etc.Foralongtime,someforeignbigcompan
4、ieshavebeenmonopolizingandleadingtheproductiontechnologyofthetransparentironoxidecompletely,theannualproductionofthetransparentironisverymuchlowinourcountry.So,findingthemethodofsynthesizingtransparentoxideironpigmentwithsomeadvantagesuchaslowercost,moresimpleoperation,onthemoremil
5、dcondition,andfriendlytotheenvironment,issignificanttoimprovethepigmentgradeofironoxideofourcountry,improveproductstructure,strengthenthecompetitivenessoftheproducts,makeourcountryapowerfulcountryofproducingironoxidepigmentfromahighyieldofironoxidepigmentcountry.So,inthispaper,ferr

7、化铁黄、红颜料的研究提要氧化铁系列颜料是仅次于钛白粉的第二大无机颜料。目前,我国已成为世界上氧化铁颜料生产第一大国。透明氧化铁颜料是粒径小于100nm的氧化铁颜料,因其能在透明介质中呈良好的透明性而称之为透明氧化铁;其产品附加值比普通的氧化铁颜要高很多。透铁颜料因具有微小的原级粒径而使其具备不同于普通氧化铁颜料的光学效应和特性,另外,透铁颜料还具备良好的耐候性、耐光性、磁性、和对紫外线具有优良的吸收和屏蔽效应。目前,透铁颜料应用最多在汽车油漆和木器漆,同时也在建筑涂料、工业涂料、以及塑料、尼龙、橡胶、印刷油墨、美术涂料、化妆品、粉末涂料等领域得到了广泛的应用
