1、天津大学硕士学位论文硫化促进剂NS的开发姓名：李永红申请学位级别：硕士专业：化学工程指导教师：陈明鸣;柯长颢20070101摘要本文研究了以湿品2一硫醇基苯并噻唑(促进剂M)和叔丁胺为原料，次氯酸钠为氧化剂，采用水相小配比法合成N．叔丁基．2．苯并噻唑次磺酰胺(硫化促进剂NS)的新工艺。采用湿M为原料可以改善物料在水相中的分散性能，使操作过程简化，原辅材料消耗降低。通过对反应物摩尔配比、反应温度、反应浓度、反应时间等反应条件进行实验，研究了各参数对新工艺过程的影响，探索了反应条件对产品质量和收率的影响规律。并进一步采用正交i鼢tLg(34)对实验条件进行了优化，确

2、定了较佳的工艺条件：叔丁胺与促进剂M摩尔比为1．6，次氯酸钠与促进剂M摩尔比1．3，反应水量与促进剂M摩尔比40，氧化反应温度65℃，滴加次氯酸钠时间2．5llr，次氯酸钠芝15％，保温温度65℃，保温时间0．5Ilr，反应搅拌速度80r／rain。此外，反应母液还实现循环利用，具有重要的环保意义。经稳定运行实验证明，产品收率为93．1％，质量达到我国化工行业标准和美国FLEXSYS公司同类产品SantocureTBBS质量标准要求。经红外光谱和液质联用分析表明，合成产品的杂质少、纯度高。合成产品经橡胶硫化实验，各项物理机械性能优良，多项指标与美国FLEXSYS公
