2、成果给金融生态和金融生态环境下了定义。其次，本着科学、全面地了解我国31省市的金融生态环境状况的目的，在科学性、全面性、可操作性、可行性以及可比性原则的下，从经济发展水平、金融发展水平、企业发展水平和法制环境四方面选取了22个指标构建了评价指标体系；再次，采用效用理论方法和基于前景理论方法对金融生态环境进行评估，实例分析我国31省市2011-2014年的金融生态环境的具体情况。最后，依据效用理论分析和前景理论分析的结果，在加快经济发展,加快对现有金融结构的改造、加速科技创新，促进企业发展、依法革新经济发展
