2、究现状，总结了本文主要工作和创新点，描述了论文组织结构；其次，本文详细的介绍了系统的设计架构和开发技术，分别是ASP.NET技术、ADO.NET技术、C/S体系架构、B/S体系架构、Web服务技术和数据库技术，为系统设计与实现打下了坚实的基础。接着，本文从经济可行性、技术可行性、社会可行性、管理可行性等方面阐述了系统实现的可行性，使用UML用例图导出了系统的逻辑业务功能，分别是基础管理、个人大客户管理、我的客户管理、业务办理、预警管理、经营分析报告表和系统管理等七个方面，从系统数据一致性、安全性和完整性阐述了系统的逻辑完整性。然后，本文
3、介绍了系统设计原则，描述了系统的网络拓扑结构和软硬件部署架构，分析了系统的整体功能架构，使用结构化流程图设计了系统的基础管理需求、个人大客户管理功能、我的客户管理、业务办理功能、预警管理功能、经营分析报表管理功能、系统管理功能等程序流程图，为系统设计和实现打下基础。最后，本文基于.NET技术和VS2005技术实现了一个完善的通信运营商ESOP管理系统，给出了系统的核心功能截图和部分核心代码。通信运营商ESOP系统实现完成之后，一经部署和使用，提高了企业集团业务的信息化、协作化水平，提高了集团业务的办理效率、市场竞争力，取得了显著的效果。
