2、政策法规来保障高校民族预科教育的顺利发展。贵州自1954年创办民族预科教育，六十多年的发展获得了令人瞩目的成就，为各高校输送了大量合格本科、专科学员。贵州现今正处于发展的重要阶段，国家不断予以资金、技术和人才的支持，为大力开发贵州提供了强力保障，这也对贵州培养少数民族人才提出了新的要求。贵州高校民族预科教育要根据贵州经济、社会发展的需求，及时调整培养目标，制定符合社会发展需要的培养计划，同时要注重学生的全面发展，提升学生综合素质。作者作为在贵州民族院校成长起来的研究生，感受了贵州高校民族预科的发展进步，看到了预科培养的成效。作

3、者在研究生阶段系统学习了马克思主义民族理论与政策的相关知识，希望运用自己掌握的理论知识，来探究贵州高校民族预科教育发展过程中存在的问题，并针对问题提出相应的意见和建议。文章在绪论中对新中国高校民族预科教育的相关研究进行了梳理与总结，在第一章中介绍了新中国成立以来我国高校民族预科教育及其相关政策的发展情况，在第二章中论述了贵州高校民族预科教育的发展及特色，在第三章中分析了贵州高校民族预科教育面临的问题，第四章则针对问题提出了贵州高校民族预科教育发展与改革的对策。关键词：贵州高校民族预科教育教育发展IIIAbstractSince
