1、本科毕业设计（论文）中东达汽车公司绩效管理的问题研究学院专业年级班别学号学生姓名指导教师20**年6月摘要随着市场竞争的激烈，绩效管理越来越被管理者重视，并已成为企业发展不可忽视的重要因素。因此对绩效管理的探讨也成为众多管理者的热门话题之一。通过笔者公司实习并了解其绩效管理的工作过程中，逐渐对绩效管理的含义和关系有了一些粗浅的认识。粗浅的介绍了绩效管理与绩效考核绩效管理作为人力资源管理的核心内容,其根本目的是持续改善组织和个人的绩效,最终实现企业战略目标。目前,很多企业为了在竞争日益激烈的市场环境中培育核心竞争力,纷纷构建了绩效管理体系。但企业在实际操作过程中,却存在
2、着各式各样的问题,严重阻碍和削弱了绩效管理应起的作用。本文以中东达汽车公司为研究对象。首先，本文将阐述绩效管理在国内外的发展状况及研究的现状和背景。其次，本文将详细讲述绩效管理的基本概况，如：起源、内容、特点和作用等等。再次，本文将叙述所研究公司——中东达汽车公司的具体情况。最后，本文将概述中东达汽车公司绩效管理的问题分析及所建议采取的解决这些问题的措施。关键词：绩效管理，绩效考核，对策AbstractAlongwiththevehemenceofmarketcompetition,theresultsmanagementismoreandmorevaluebythe
