2、在的问题，然后根据精益管理思想，运用项目管理手段，变革公司组织构架，提出模拟生产线概念。论文通过对QSY公司HXN5B机车模拟生产线的描述及成果，以及模拟生产线信息管理平台的功能描述，反映了QSY公司如何从运用项目管理的计划与控制，形成模拟生产线，从而有效验证和规范量产前的各种准备情况，对发生的异常进行有效拉动和处置预防。建设模拟生产线，对项目管理过程起到承上启下的作用，一方面，将管理前移，为生产制造端提供服务，提前暴露问题；另一方面，拉动前端管理信息流有效、准确运作，快速满足生产需要。向以市场需求为核心动力构建的项目全过程一体化的精

3、益“管理”模式转型，以此打破落后的管理平衡，建立更高台阶的新平衡，来应对市场环境的错综变化，完成企业管理的不断进化。本文通过HXN5B机车技术准备阶段的项目沟通管理的案例，结合国内外研究现状，剖析公司在项目沟通管理上的现状，通过理论与实际相联系，探讨在大型装配制造行业面临的项目沟通管理诸多问题，给出自己的建议和对策。希望对于目前同欧美发达国家进行技术合作或出口产品至欧美发达国家的企业项目管理方面具有一定的借鉴意义。关键词：项目管理；沟通管理；模拟生产线；信息管理平台；1CaseStudyofCommunicationManagemen
