6、········································································34个人简历·············································································35中文摘要彩色多普勒超声对肠系膜上动脉主要分支的观察摘要肠系膜上动脉(superiormesentericartery,SMA)是消化道的最重要供应动脉,发自腹主动脉前壁,向前下方下行,进入小肠系膜根,然后斜行延伸至右髂窝,其主要分支有胰十二指肠动脉、空

7、肠动脉、回肠动脉,右结肠动脉,中结肠动脉。解剖上,这些主要分支又反复发出分支,通过多级动脉弓相吻合,由最后分级动脉弓发出的直小动脉进入肠壁。这些肠系膜上动脉主要分支均通过动脉弓彼此相邻吻合。彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)是在二维超声基础上叠加多普勒彩色编码技术,二维超声可以取得清晰的血管二维多切面图像,彩色多普勒不但可以显示血管内的彩色多普勒信号,而且能够测量血管内部的血流频谱信号,观察其频谱形态,测量其多种血流动力学参数,因此,CDFI已经广泛应用到心血管、腹部大血管、四肢血管当中成为评价血管的优选检查手段。目前,CDFI在SMA的应用当中主要以研究其主干为主,
