7、······························································48个人简历·············································································49中文摘要ADAM10、EGFR和E-cadherin在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义摘要目的:受多重因素影响,女性乳腺癌发病率日趋增高,在部分国家和地区已成为女性首位杀手,随着医学技术的不断发展,患者的无病生存期逐步延长,但局部侵袭及远处转移依然是乳腺癌患者所面临的最大威胁。肿瘤的侵袭和转移是一个复杂的

8、动态过程,包括细胞粘附性的改变,信号传导途径的激活,免疫逃避等多个环节。研究发现去整合素-金属蛋白酶家族(ADAMS)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFREpidermalGrowthFactorReceptor)、上皮钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)与恶性肿瘤发生发展密切相关,本文通过检测ADAM10、EGFR和E-cadherin在乳腺癌组织、正常乳腺组织中的表达,探讨其与乳腺癌临床及病理特征(患者年龄、肿瘤长径、临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移情
