1、...页眉控释尿素与普通尿素配施在菊花上应用研究祝丽香1,2王建华2**高先涛3(1国家缓控释肥工程技术研究中心,山东泰安271018,2山东农业大学农学院作物生物学国家重点实验室,山东泰安,271018,3山东嘉祥白菊花研究中心,山东嘉祥,272400)摘要:2009、2010年在山东嘉祥采取大田实验方法研究四种施肥方式[普通尿素基施与追施结合(T1)、控释尿素单施(T2)、控释尿素基施与追施结合(T3)、控释尿素与普通尿素等比例混合基施(T4)、及控释尿素与普通尿素等比例混合基施与追施结合(T5)]对菊花生长发育和产量品质的影
2、响。结果表明,施氮处理能够提高植株生理活性,改善植株农艺性状,促进干物质积累。各处理孕蕾期可溶性蛋白质、叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性及根系活力均达到最高值,T3、T5处理开花期植株生理活性高于T1、T2、T4处理,T1与T2、T4处理差异不显著。施氮通过增加单株花序数提高产量,对花序直径影响较少。孕蕾前追肥菊花产量明显高于氮肥全部基施,T5处理量高。施氮提高了菊花可溶性糖和蛋白质含量,T5处理菊花可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、绿原酸和总黄酮含量明显高于其它施氮处理。说明在相同施氮量条件下,控释尿素与普通尿素等比例混合,采取基施、孕蕾前追肥
