4、ssivelong-timedeflections.ItislikelythatmanyfourJapanesebridgeshaveshownthatamoreaccuratemethodmorecasesofexcessivedeflectionsexistworldwide.Clearly,ofmulti-decadecreepanalysisisrequired.Theobjectiveofthispaperistoprovideasystematicandcomprehensivepresentation,theproblemiswidespreadanditscause

5、mustbesystematic.appropriatenotonlyforbridgesbutalsoforanylargecreep-AnalysesofthedataontheKBBridgeandtheJapanesebridges3,6,7withModelB3(calibratedbymulti-decadelabo-sensitivestructure.Foreachtimestep,thesolutionisreducedtoanelasticstructuralanalysiswithgenerallyorthotropicelasticratorytests11
