1、...页眉我国烟草信息化现状分析与对策探讨摘要：“三农”问题是我国改革发展的重中之重，烟草生产是大农业的一个组成部分，如何更好的发展烟草生产，保障烟草生产的可持续发展，加快传统烟草生产向烟草信息化转变的步伐，是摆在每个烟草人面前的重大课题。发展烟草信息化，是以科学发展观统领烟草工作的必然要求，顺应我国国民经济发展的客观趋势，符合当前烟草生产发展的规律，代表烟草生产的发展方向。加入WTO后的中国烟草市场将逐步开放，面对经济一体化、烟草国际化、信息网络化的新形势，中国烟草业即将面临日益加重的、来自国内外的双重竞争，面临严峻挑战。这场竞争不仅仅是人、技术、产品、服务、市场的竞争，更是一场管理思想、经
