1、我国烟草信息化现状分析与对策探讨摘要：“三农”问题是我国改革发展的重屮之重，烟草生产是大农业的一个组成部分，如何更好的发展烟草生产，保障烟草生产的可持续发展，加快传统烟草生产向烟草信息化转变的步伐，是摆在每个烟草人面前的重人课题。发展烟草信息化,是以科学发展观统领烟草工作的必然要求，顺应我国国民经济发展的客观趋势,符合当前烟草生产发展的规律，代表烟草生产的发展方向。加入WTO后的中国烟草市场将逐步开放，面对经济一体化、烟草国际化、信息网络化的新形势，屮国烟草业即将而临FI益加重的、来H国内外的双重竞争，面临严峻挑战。这场竞争不仅仅是人、技术
2、、产品、服务、市场的竞争，更是一场管理思想、经营理念的竞争。用现代技术和管理手段，推动企业现代化水平的提高，全力打造“数字烟草，数字企业”，使信息化建设在企业改革与发展中发挥更大的作用，做到管理精细化、分析理性化和决策科学化。对此，本论文在对烟草信息化现状及存在问题进行分析的基础上，以案例形式对烟草行业信息化进行了分析，最后提出风险规避和信息化保障措施，促进烟草信息化健康发展。关键字：烟草信息化信息技术烟草行业Abstract/zruraleconomy,ruraldevelopmentandruraldemographynisthemos
