2、的各种风险中,信贷风险是最重要的,也是最致命的风险。我国商业银行信贷风险的控制,无论是在技术、方法和观念方面,还是在制度方面,都与发达国家的商业银行存在较大的差距。更大的问题是:我国的理论界和众多的商业银行,过于注重对商业银行信贷风险的单因素研究、分析与控制,而忽略对商业银行信贷风险全过程控制的研究。因此,对我国商业银行信贷风险的全过程控制研究已是当务之急。本文首先介绍了商业银行信贷风险的理论以及商业银行信贷风险控制的全过程的必要性,其次说明了我国商业银行信贷风险产生的的原因,然后说明了《巴塞尔新资本协议》对我国商业银行信贷
