5、chedpoly(vinylidenefluoride)underahighelectricfieldabove300kVIcmatroomtemperature.Theelectrostrictiveconstantq13inpoly(vinylidenefluoride)isdeterminedforpolarizationbelowabout0.5J.IC/cm2atroomtemperaturetobe0.9egsesu.Theremanentpolarizationafterthepolingprocesscan
6、beeasilyeliminatedwithasufficientlyhighsinusoidalelectricfield.Thiseffectisconfirmedbythermallystimulatedcurrentsbeforeandafterthedepolarizationprocess.INTRODUCTIONhysteresiscurvewhichissubstantiallythesameasthatobservedinferroelectricceramics.1Areversiblepyro•Rec
