7、历·············································································54中文摘要糖尿病大鼠肾组织Nrf2、NQO1的表达及虾青素对其干预作用的研究摘要目的:糖尿病肾病(DiabeticNephropathy,DN)是糖尿病(Diabetesmellitus,DM)患者的主要慢性并发症之一,也是导致终末期肾衰竭的重要病因。其主要临床特点为逐渐出现的蛋白尿及肾功能损害,病理表现为肾小球基底膜增厚、系膜扩张、间质纤维

8、化等。在糖尿病肾脏损伤的发生发展过程中,氧化应激、炎症反应以及肾脏固有细胞的凋亡发挥了重要作用。高糖环境可以导致机体产生过多的活性氧(Reactiveoxygenspecies,ROS),从而进一步活化相关信号传导通路,致使细胞因子及生长因子的失调。核因子E2相关因子(NuclearfactorE2–relatedfactor2,Nrf2)是机体调节抗氧化反应的重要转录因子。Nrf2能够激活抗氧化反应元件(Anti-oxidativeresponseelement,ARE)的基因序
