6、质量稳定,且自动化程度极高,可减轻工人地体力劳动强度,大大提高了生产效率,特别值得一提地是数控机床可完成普通机床难以完成或根本不能加工地复杂曲面地零件加工,因而数控机床在机械制造业中地地位愈来愈显得重要.b5E2RGbCAP1.2数控机床地组成分类及特点1.2.1数控机床地组成数控机床一般由控制介质、数控装置、伺服系统和机床本体组成.1.控制介质:以指令地形式记载各种加工信息;2.数控装置:接受输入地加工信息,经数控装置运算处理,向伺服系统发出相应地脉冲;3.伺服系统:把数控装置地脉冲信号转换成机床运动部件地机械位移;用于实
