1、奈米科技中心實驗室管理懲處條例CenterforNanoscienceandTechnologyLaboratoryManagementPunishmentRegulations民國104年10月01日新增AddedonOct.1,2015第一條:儀器使用者應通過安全衛生教育訓練始得進入實驗室，並應每年接受安全衛生教育訓練之復訓，未進行年度工安復訓者，取消磁卡權限，訓練後再復權。Article1:Instrumentusersshallenterthelaboratoryafterpassingsaf

2、etyandhealtheducationandtraining,andshallreceiverecurrenttrainingandeducationeveryyear.Thosewhofailtorenewtheannualworkersafetyandsecuritytrainingshallhavetheiraccesscarddisqualified,andshallregaintheiraccessaftertraining.第二條:接受儀器訓練者於學習過程中，須由合格人員陪同進出實驗室

3、，違反規定者停權二週。Article2:Inthecourseoflearning,thetraineemustbeaccompaniedbyaqualifiedpersonwhenenteringthelaboratory.Thosewhoviolatedtheprovisionshallhavetheirrightssuspendedfortwoweeks.第三條:個人磁卡不可借予他人使用，違反規定者停權二週。Article3:Individualaccesscardscannotbeusedby

6、ionofrightsfortwomonths.第六條:進出實驗室人員應為合格人員或取得學習申請核可者始得進入，違反規定者停權四週。Article6:Personsenteringandexitingthelaboratoryshallbequalifiedpersonnelorthosewhohaveobtainedapprovalforstudy,andthosewhoviolatetheprovisionshallhavetheirrightssuspendedfor4weeks.第七條:進出實

7、驗室應隨身攜帶學生證以提供身分辨識，違反規定者停權二週。Article7:StudentsenteringandexitingthelaboratoryshouldcarryastudentIDcardforidentification,violationoftheprovisionwillresultinthesuspensionofrightsfortwoweeks.第八條:實驗室相關區域內禁止飲食(含放置)、嘻鬧及與實驗操作無關之事項，違反規定者停權二週。Article8:Foodsanddri
