2、硬化斑块的效果。方法：收集2013年8月至2014年10月吉林大学中日联谊医院神经内科住院患者，共筛选出颈部动脉粥样硬化患者110例。所有入选患者空腹采血检测血脂水平。行颈部动脉超声检测动脉粥样硬化斑块。将患者随机分为三组：阿托伐他汀组、瑞舒伐他汀组及对照组，其中阿托伐他汀组、瑞舒伐他汀组各40例，对照组30例。比较每组治疗前后(3和6个月)的血清脂质指标变化、颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定数量变化、治疗有效率及不良反应。结果：1.和对照组相比，阿托伐他汀组治疗3个月和6个月后甘油三酯（TG）水平明显
