6、··················44个人简历···········································································45中文摘要白细胞介素17(IL-17)在咬合创伤及牙周炎大鼠实验模型牙周组织中的表达变化及意义摘要目的:分析咬合创伤伴牙周炎实验模型牙周组织中白细胞介素17(IL-17)在不同时间的表达变化以及其他病理组织改变情况,进一步明确咬合创伤与牙周炎以及IL-17与牙周炎的关系,为临床工作中疾病的治疗提供更理性的方法和实验依据。方法:选用购于河北医科大学实验动物中心的三个月大的Wistar雄性大鼠120
7、只,体重250-280g。清洁,良好的口腔卫生,没有口腔疾病,良好的咬合关系。随机将大鼠分为对照组(CG),咬合创伤组(OG),牙周炎组(PG),咬合创伤伴牙周炎组(OPG)四个组,30只大鼠为一组。再按照1d、3d、1w、2w、4w、6w将各组分成六小组,每组5只。对大鼠进行麻醉和消毒。麻醉是用100g/L浓度水合氯醛(3ml/Kg)腹腔注射,消毒是用1%碘酊和75%酒精消毒口腔的两侧黏膜。咬合创伤组(OG
