1、基于Workbench热机耦合的连杆衬套过盈配合研究摘要连杆衬套作为发动机关重件之一,与连杆小头过盈配合,与活塞销间隙配合。在发动机工作过程中,连杆衬套受到气体爆发压力、曲柄连杆机构的惯性力以及气体燃烧释放热量等的影响。本文以某型号发动机连杆衬套为研究对象,通过对曲柄连杆机构进行受力分析,求出了在发动机工作过程中连杆衬套所承受的最大气体力和作用在连杆衬套上的惯性力,获得了连杆衬套在发动机工作时所承受的最大机械载荷。运用ANSYSWorkbench对连杆衬套进行建模以及仿真分析。根据过盈量与结合压力之间的理论关系式,验证了仿真模型的可靠性。
2、使用可靠的模型,综合考虑机械载荷以及热载荷对连杆衬套的影响,对连杆衬套进行热机耦合分析。过盈量太大,将导致连杆衬套因应力过大而失效;过盈量太小,结合压力将不能够传递足够的扭矩,以满足结构强度要求和保证不发生连杆衬套和连杆相对运动为约束条件,给出了连杆衬套和连杆小头装配过盈量的选择区间,为连杆衬套的设计提供了依据。关键词:连杆衬套,过盈配合,热机耦合,仿真ThestudyofconnectingrodbushinginterferencebasedonWorkbenchthermal-MechanicalcouplingAbstractAs
