6、··························44个人简历·············································································45中文摘要Shh和Foxm1在上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达及临床意义摘要目的:研究Shh和Foxm1在上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色方法(IHC)检测74例卵巢组织标本(正常卵巢组织18例、卵巢良性肿瘤18例、上皮性卵巢细胞癌38例)中Shh蛋白和Foxm1蛋白的表达规律,并分析两种因子与上皮性卵巢细胞癌的临床分期、病理分级、病理类型及淋巴

7、结转移之间的关系,探讨其临床意义。结果:1Shh蛋白在正常卵巢组织中表达为阴性,而在卵巢良性肿瘤组织和上皮性卵巢细胞癌组织中呈阳性表达,阳性表达率分别为22.22%(4/18)和81.6%(31/38),且在上皮性卵巢细胞癌中的阳性表达率明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。Foxm1蛋白在正常卵巢组织中表达为弱阳性,而在卵巢良性肿瘤和上皮性卵巢细胞癌组织中呈阳性表达,阳性表达率依次为11.11%(2/1
