5、haos,andhissafety,healthandverysurvivalarethreatened:intimeslikethosetheRedCrossstrivestohelpandprotectthevictims.Thebeginningsweremodestindeed:agroupoffivemenmanagedtohavea10-articleConventionadopted,theaimofwhichwastoprotectwarwoundedandgivethemnecessarymaterialassistance.Onehundredan
