1、摘要在市场经济条件下，一个地区经济的竞争力强不强，不是以“门类齐全”作资本，而是经济有没有特色。特色经济能把地区经济优势凝聚起来，把潜在的优势转化为现实的优势。探讨区域特色经济战略应从两个方面入手；一是从本地区自然的、经济的、区位的条件分析入手，研究哪些产业和地区有可能成为区域经济新的增长点和核心区，从而制定出正确的发展战略和模式。一是围绕“区域特色”，在比较优势下追求“你无我有，你有我优，你优我大”，通过优势挖掘，培植特色。本论文在借鉴特色产业理论基础上，寻求构建延边特色产业的重要性和战略意义，以特色产业的选择标准为基准来界定延边特色产业为旅游、医药、绿色食品和特

2、产品业。并深入分析这三大特色产业对延边经济的贡献，探索现在延边特色产业发展中的瓶颈，寻找促进延边特色产业快速发展的对策建议。区域经济就是特色经济，发展区域经济，就是要以市场需求为导向，以区域优势条件为依托，发展地方特色产业，逐步形成特色经济。特色产业，对优化经济结构，避免地区产业结构趋同提供一定的指导作用。在以市场作为基础性资源配置方式和机制的社会里，从效益最大化原则的角度来看，区域经济的成长最终必须依赖于其有别于其他地区的区域特色，在发展区域特色经济过程中，只有把优势资源配置到效率高、竞争力强的产业部门，培育和发展区域特色产业，才能形成区域竞争优势，壮大区域特色经
