1、在今后的干旱试验中,可以采用PEG6000模拟干旱试验代替耗时较长的自然干旱试验。(6)通过对种子性状和子代幼苗生长状况、光合特性、抗逆性的相关性分析,得出:优株种子的外形特征(即种子宽度、去蜡层种子宽度、种子百粒重)与其子代幼苗6月份的苗高生长呈显著正相关;优株种子总油含量和梓油中硬脂酸含量与其6月份的苗高生长呈负显著相关;优株种子梓油含量与其幼苗日均水分利用效率呈正显著相关;种子的外形特征对干旱试验中植株的含水量指标影响很大,呈正显著相关;苗高差值与日均净光合速率和日均蒸腾速率呈正显著相关。因
