7、摘要脉冲多普勒和M型超声检测胎儿心律的研究摘要目的:胎儿心律失常在临床中比较常见,一些严重的心律失常会导致胎儿水肿、心力衰竭及死亡。胎心听诊只能判断胎儿心律是否规整,不能明确节律的性质。胎儿心电图容易受孕妇心电信号的干扰,且不易取到心房活动的电信号。胎儿超声心动图是最近发展起来的新技术,不仅能够判断心脏结构及功能状况,还可以检测胎儿心脏节律。脉冲多普勒和M型超声心动图可直观反映胎儿心房、心室的先后激动顺序和相互之间的节律关系,依此来检测胎儿心律失常类型,本课题通过频谱多普勒和M型超声对胎儿心律的检测,探讨两种方法在检测胎
8、儿心律方面的价值。方法:1研究对象研究对象选取2014年1月~2015年2月来河北省儿童医院住院及门诊行产科常规超声及胎儿超声心动图检查的孕妇。本研究共随机选取240例孕妇,其胎儿心脏结构正常,未见持续性心律不齐。孕妇年龄19~35岁,平均(26.26±2.15)岁,胎龄16~41周,平均(30.10±6.22)周。
