1、江南大学硕士学位论文MAP型洗面奶配方研究姓名:陈艳华申请学位级别:硕士专业:化学工程指导教师:王建新20090901摘要捅要中国的个人护肤品增长很迅速,随着人们的需求增加,进一步扩大了中国的化妆品市场。在个人护肤品方面,内资、合资和外资品牌的竞争也日益激烈,外资和合资品牌主要占据高端市场;而内资品牌主要是中低档市场,它的利润低,但周转快。肌肤清洁是肌肤护理最为重要的一步,不仅能够去除不需要的污垢、油份、皮肤产生的细菌,而且会洗去死亡的表皮细胞,在肌肤清洁时要尽可能减轻对角质层的损伤。采用温和的表面活性剂或乳化剂制备的洗面奶
2、就能做到。MAP(单烷基磷酸酯)的钾盐温和、刺激性低,特别适用于应用个人清洁护理产品中(例如洗面奶),具有丰富的泡沫和舒适的类似皂基的清洁感。本文对MAP型沈面奶配方设计进行研究,MAP的pH值、辅助表面活性剂、聚合物流变改性剂等因素影响MAP型洗面奶的性能。将MAP中至pH7.0—7.5之间性能良好,辅助表面活性剂羟磺甜菜碱有很好的增泡、流变性能。聚合物中SF—l(丙烯酸酯共聚物)有良好的增稠和分散性能。化妆品的稳定性推测是依据不同温度条件考察的结果进行化学分析来得到的。采用以上体系复配的MAP洗面奶稳定性好。关键词:化妆
